We exist to educate, promote, support and organise initiatives to enrich the lives of people with experience of depression and mental illness in our community. We possess a Worldwide vision to see people living in wellness and through the Internet reach out to all who may need and request our help.
We promote self help principles and operate from a Recovery and Strength based focus. The provide the services of our Support Coordinator David Baker (Ph. direct 021-126 2739 Txt capable) or at our Email address pmwellness@ihug.co.nz .
We also utilise the willingness of group members to offer peer support and practical assistance to people in a positive and friendly manner, Peer Counselling is available by appointment.
- We help by assisting people grow and develop toward meeting their full potential in life and not to be limited by labels, stigma, or words of negativity.
- We encourage people to find relevant help from appropriate services in meeting their needs if required.
- We network and take opportunities which promote our goals and aims.
- We promote fun, friendship and fellowship in all that we do.
Our missing Dog Scotty Mac! Where O Where! Has He Gone?

He is a valued member of our PMW work and is missed.
Please help us find our missing dog. He is a white neutered male Staffordshire X (approx 3 years old) with some fawn shading (see photo). Has floppy black ear tips and distinctive scar on the inside of the right hind leg. Went missing in Hamilton from the corner of Norton Road and Goodfellow Pl near the railway underpass Friday 17th February about 12noon.
Wearing blue synthetice dog collar with current yellow HCC rego disk No. 1678 and Microchipped.

Have had possible sightings of him however none have led to him returning yet.
